Weekly update from your Merton Park ward team

It's been a busy week on the ward, with your team undertaking multiple different tasks to help keep Merton Park one of the safest on the borough.

Morden Hall Patrols

To help keep our residents safe, we regularly patrol our main park and speak with residents attending. But it doesn't end there! We've been also keeping an eye on John Innes Park too. Luckily, all seems well, but if you see anything, please do report it.

Speed Watch

Last week we targeted Mostyn road for speeding cars, so anyone caught is going to get a letter in the post! Anyone wanting to join up for one is welcome!

Knife patrols

We target any spots we think criminals might stash weapons, but due to Merton Park being such a safe ward, we found nothing!

Regular patrols

Did you know that your PCSOs walk about 8 miles a shift? We burn the boot leather, trying to hit as many streets as we can, but it also might be alleyways, parks and other areas.
